CARD PAYMENT PROBLEMS
Some customers have been receiving the following message when they submit their payment:
"INVALID – Status code 4056 : The vendor does not match with the vendor who registered the token"
We are currently addressing this with the company who provide the payment platform and in the meantime if you do receive this message either please call us to place an order on 01285 644845 or 'log out' and order as a new customer and all should be fine.
We do apologise as this has been a problem for sometime and we are still chasing the card payment company to resolve this issue.
